When Wagner announced he would be departing next year, the entire Emory community felt a piece of them ripped away. During his 12 year tenure as Emory President, tens of thousands have been touched by his compassionate leadership. “It’s not about the brand value on the outside,” Wagner assured all of us in his emails, “it’s about the brand value inside.” To honor this humble man, we’ve made a timeline of his legacy’s brightest moments.
