At 7:18 pm Friday evening, a horrifying scene unfolded in the Dobbs Common Table. Bystanders allege S. Hart (26B) and S. Hits (25C) engaged in a wild and shocking dispute sparked by a shortage of cups at the beverage dispenser. Reports claim Hart snatched the last remaining cup just as Hits began reaching for it. Hits attempted to steal the cup away, and, each with one hand on it, the two fought their way to the drink machine and began frantically shoving it under each dispenser hole. The holes began shooting out liquid everywhere, gushing down the arms of the girls and running onto the countertop and floor. The cup then slammed into the ice dispenser, creating a mixture of liquids and solids that spewed across the DCT.
“It was everywhere,” said one witness, “The floors, the walls, the ceiling, you name it. The sight of it made me want to gouge my eyes out. It was just so wet.”
The girls then took their struggle to the ground as the dispute became increasingly physical. They rolled across the floor, smearing the concoction behind them as they went. Bystanders looked on in horror as the fluids flung in all directions, leaving a sticky, brown residue on the clothes of everyone within fifty feet. Many of those watching fled just as the fight was climaxing. Very few were brave enough to watch to the end, but those who remained claim the dispute finally came to an end when the girls were too exhausted to continue, both lying defeated on the floor, surrounded by and covered in their mess.
“I thought it was kind of hot,” stated one remaining onlooker.
